Biography
Benjamin W. Hahn, Esq.


Mr. Hahn, an experienced employment litigator, has represented a range of private and public sector employers in court and before administrative agencies, and has provided counseling to clients with employment and workplace issues. He focuses his practice on management-side employment issues, including litigation, from single-issue contract matters to the defense of employment class actions. He has been lead counsel in numerous state and federal jury and bench trials and in private arbitrations involving employment discrimination, unfair competition and employment contract matters. Mr. Hahn daily provides individual clients with advice, counsel, training and representation in employment law matters. Much of Mr. Hahn’s legal work focuses on private for-profit corporate clients, but he also provides guidance to private educational institutions and nonprofit entities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
